Black Onyx Crystal Chips 

Black Onyx is a silicate stone created by silicon, leaving solution and condensing as a quartz mineral. It resembles agates and is quite hard, with no acid reaction. It is made up of alternating colored groups of fine-grained quartz. It has a rough texture with fine intergrowths of quartz and morganite silica crystals. Its lines are perpendicular to one another.
